We are currently seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team at ValueDriven. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling and impactful designs for a variety of digital and print marketing materials, ensuring they effectively communicate our brand identity and message. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and a passion for technology and innovation.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including web pages, social media graphics, email templates, presentations, brochures, banners, and infographics.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure designs meet strategic objectives.
3. Maintain and evolve the ValueDriven brand identity, ensuring design consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
4. Provide creative input and ideas to improve the overall visual appeal and effectiveness of marketing campaigns and materials.
5. Stay informed of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate best practices into design projects.
6. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
7. Review and refine design concepts based on feedback from internal teams and clients.
8. Continuously improve design processes, tools, and techniques to enhance team performance and design quality.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably in the AI, data consulting, or technology industry.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects and a variety of mediums, including digital and print.
4. Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and other relevant tools.
5. Excellent visual communication skills, with a keen eye for typography, color, layout, and composition.
6. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
7. Creative and innovative thinker, with a passion for design and technology.
8. Familiarity with AI and data-related technologies and concepts is a plus.
