We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team at ValueDriven. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and completion of AI and data-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology and innovation.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
2. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, data scientists, and business analysts to ensure project requirements are met.
3. Monitor and control project progress, identifying and resolving potential risks and issues, and implementing necessary changes to keep the project on track.
4. Manage project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and expenses are kept within budget constraints.
5. Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors, providing regular updates and facilitating communication throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports to measure project performance against success criteria and objectives.
7. Continuously improve project management processes, tools, and techniques to enhance team performance and project delivery.
8. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in the AI or data consulting industry.
3. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with a PMP or PRINCE2 certification considered an asset.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
5. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficiency in project management software tools, such as ClickUp, Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana.
8. Familiarity with AI and data-related technologies and concepts is a plus.
